Sterling Apartment Fire

SERVPRO Clinton was called to help the tenants from a local apartment complex. The apartment had extensive smoke damage that was absorbed by their contents. Although the fire had started in the kitchen the entire apartment had to be cleaned out, so we could bring them back to our warehouse to begin our deep cleaning process to extract the smoke. Our crew was able to go in and pack out the apartment in one day, and even began the cleaning process. Our customer was expecting this process to take days, meaning that they wouldn't have access to any of their items, but we reassured them that they always have access to their items, and can go through them whenever they wanted.
