SERVPRO came into our home after our radiator cracked and left a flood of water in our bedroom and also ran down to the basement . We thought we could do it ourselves with a dehumidifier and a shop vac...we were so wrong ! Once we saw it was futile on our part we called our insurance company who the got the cleaning started. The representatives that came into our home were all respectful and professional, brought in equipment and got us cleaned up and dried up quickly. Hopefully we will never need their service again but if we do we will call them .

About an hour after we called, the team was already there to begin the cleanup and drying process.
